Who I am

I am a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach, Licensed Facilitator in the Before I Go Solutions end-of-life planning model, and an End-of-Life Animal Companion Doula. Not many people want to talk about death and yet, it is an unavoidable part of life. And fear of death often keeps people from living their best lives. My critical work, fueled by humor and personal passion, minimizes that fear and creates authentic peace of mind for clients in two key areas. The first is in facilitating the design of a clear and personal end-of-life plan using the Before I Go methodology. And the second is in pet loss grief support for animal caretakers (pet and animal guardians, fosters, rescuers, zookeepers and veterinarians and their staff). Contact me below for more information.
